Fx2 Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead an exciting new retail store opening in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven, hands-on Retail Manager who would love the opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new store, build and develop a successful team and make a real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the successful opening and ongoing management of the new store.
Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and operational standards.
Recruit, lead, motivate and develop a team of employees and volunteers.
Drive sales performance, achieve agreed financial targets and maximise store profitability.
Create a positive, welcoming and inclusive team environment.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a consistently positive shopping experience.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and brand standards.
Oversee stock management, replenishment, pricing and inventory control.
Monitor sales performance and identify commercial opportunities to increase revenue.
Manage daily administration, financial procedures and operational reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
Lead by example on the shop floor, inspiring the team to deliver outstanding results.
Essential Requirements
Previous retail experience, ideally within a Store Manager or Assistant Manager position.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to build and develop a successful team.
Excellent commercial awareness and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
A hands-on, proactive management style with a passion for retail.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage daily store operations effectively.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the drive to make a new store a success.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience opening or launching a new retail store.
Experience managing employees and volunteers.
Strong visual merchandising and brand awareness.
Experience within charity retail or a similar retail environment.
